Job summary

Ken Garff St. George Ford in St. George, UT is seeking an Automotive Service Technician (Mechanic) to perform precise repairs in our PRO TECH program.

You will diagnose and repair vehicles, perform Multi Point Inspections, and communicate findings with the Service Advisor. This role emphasizes accuracy, teamwork, and customer service. The position offers an evening schedule (5:00 pm–2:00 am), training opportunities, and a path to career growth within a values-driven company.

Qualifications

• Accommodating and analytical, while producing highly precise and accurate work.
• Resourceful with a high level of technical expertise.
• ASE or dealership manufacturer certifications highly preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle; immediately notify Service Advisor if the car has additional recommendations or if more time is needed to complete the repair
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping
• Complete required training as assigned
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
