Job summary

Stew Hansen Dodge, a Ken Garff Automotive Dealership, is seeking a Night Shift Automotive Service Technician. Join a team that values respect, integrity, growth, humility and teamwork and participates in the PRO TECH program with rewards, tool allowances, and performance incentives.

You’ll perform efficient repairs per standards, diagnose customer concerns, and conduct multi-point inspections using the DMS.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years or older and authorized to work in the U.S.
• High School Diploma or equivalent; ASE or dealership certifications highly preferred
• Experience as automotive technician (mechanic) preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform efficient and expert work on repair orders, in accordance with dealership, state and factory standards
• Address customers’ primary concerns with diagnosis, repair and quality control to attain ‘Fixed First Visit’ expectations
• Perform the Ken Garff Electronic Multi Point Inspection along with video on every vehicle and notify if more time is needed
• Master our Dealer Management System (DMS) for work distribution, electronic inspections, repair quotes, communication and time keeping
• Maintain cleanliness throughout workspace and in all customer vehicles
