Integrated Talent Strategies is seeking a Production Supervisor for a 6:00pm–6:00am shift in Adrian, MI. You will directly supervise stamping associates, assign overtime, schedule vacations, and administer disciplinary actions while ensuring accurate payroll input and upholding safety protocols.

You will collaborate with maintenance and production engineering to optimize line efficiency, review orders, prioritize production, and push for productivity improvements and cost reductions.

Formación

• Minimum three (3) years production supervision experience in unionized automotive manufacturing.
• Metal stamping/press experience highly preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Directs stamping associates, assigns client tasks, schedules overtime and vacations, and handles disciplinary actions.
• Completes annual performance appraisals and inputs payroll information.
• Reviews production orders and sets daily schedules based on equipment and inventory.
• Coordinates with maintenance to minimize downtime and ensure timely repairs.
• Ensures accurate entry of production, scrap, labor hours and downtime into CMI (DWR).
• Provides productivity data to management for departmental reports.
• Maintains a safe working environment, conducts accident investigations and safety trainings, and enforces PPE usage.
• Assists in productivity improvements and cost-reduction initiatives; coordinates with purchasing and production engineering on layout and process optimization.
