Job summary

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a dependable Assembly Operator for the 3rd shift to assemble automotive bumpers and components. You will wash bumpers, retrieve materials, install components, inspect parts, and move items through the assembly process.

Positions rotate to promote safety and efficiency. The role requires English communication, adherence to work instructions, and the ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
• Ability to perform repetitive assembly tasks while maintaining production and quality standards.

Responsibilities

• Wash bumpers and components according to work instructions.
• Retrieve bumpers from racks and transport to stations.
• Assemble bumpers by attaching components per instructions.
• Use hand tools and perform repetitive motions.
• Rotate between assembly positions to maintain safety and quality.
• Meet production target (≈500 bumpers per 8-hour shift).
• Maintain a clean and organized work area.
