Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is seeking General Assembly, Loaders, and Press and Weld Operators for 2nd and 3rd shift. The role involves loading and unloading bumpers on OEM lines, ensuring quality standards by reading inspection instructions, and working in a physically demanding, fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift 40-50 pounds repetitively.
• Basic knowledge of inspection standards & pit grade ruler.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload bumpers on the OEM lines; continuous lifting.
• Assemble bumpers as required.
• Read and interpret work and inspection instructions.
