Zusammenfassung

Flex-N-Gate is seeking a dependable Assembly Operator for 1st shift to assemble automotive bumpers and components per work instructions. You will wash bumpers, retrieve materials, attach components, and inspect parts to meet quality standards.

The role includes rotating between stations to promote safety and efficiency on a Monday–Friday schedule with overtime as needed. Starting pay is $20.75 per hour, increasing to $21.25 after 90 days, with breaks and clocked-in pay.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Must be able to communicate effectively in English.
• Ability to follow written and verbal work instructions; work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Aufgaben

• Assemble automotive bumpers and components according to work instructions.
• Wash bumpers and retrieve materials to assembly stations.
• Inspect parts and ensure quality standards are met.
• Move bumpers through the assembly process and rotate positions approximately every 2 hours.
