Job summary

Flex-N-Gate LLC. is hiring a 3rd shift Assembly Operator to join our manufacturing team. The role involves assembling automotive bumpers and components, washing parts, retrieving materials, installing components, inspecting parts, and moving bumpers through the assembly process.

Shift rotates roughly every 2 hours to support safety, quality, and efficiency. The position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, follow written and verbal instructions, and lift up to 63.5 pounds.

Qualifications

• Must be able to communicate effectively in English and follow written/verbal instructions.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to rotate between assembly positions and work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Wash bumpers and assemble components according to work instructions.
• Retrieve bumpers and attachments from racks and transport to stations.
• Assemble bumpers by attaching nuts, brackets, lights, wiring and plastics.
• Operate manual tools and small power tools; handle parts weighing up to 63.5 pounds.
• Move bumpers between stations and maintain a clean, safe work area.
