Job summary

Phillips Medisize, a Molex Company, seeks an Automation Mechanic at our Maumelle, AR facility to support daily production, perform repairs, and collaborate with Process Engineers and Maintenance on installations and upkeep of support systems.

This 12-hour night shift (Wed-Fri 7pm-7am) with every other Sat includes an 8% shift differential. Qualified candidates will troubleshoot equipment, read PLCs, manage HMI faults, and work with servo systems and robotics.

Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting equipment in a manufacturing, industrial, or military environment.
• Experience reading and interpreting PLC information.
• HMI knowledge: clearing faults, starting up machines, homing machines.

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot equipment and perform preventative maintenance inquiries.
• Work directly with machine supplier Technicians to resolve issues.
• Work on various equipment such as Machines, Robotics/Automation.
• Troubleshooting HMI and integrating all support equipment.
• Collaborate with maintenance, production, engineering and operations teams.
