Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum 3+ years of maintenance experience.
• Ability to read electrical and mechanical drawings.
• Experience with mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Strong problem‑solving and communication skills.
• Ability to work with limited supervision and manage priorities.
• Proficient with MS Office and related software.

Responsibilities

• Ensure machinery reliability via preventive maintenance.
• Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, PLC, pneumatic and hydraulic systems.
• Read manuals, diagrams, sketches, engineering specifications, and work orders.
• Use tools to measure parts and calibrate equipment.
• Assemble, install, adjust, and calibrate machinery; dismantle and replace parts as needed.
• Adhere to plant safety policies and participate in Lean initiatives.
• Provide guidance to junior maintenance colleagues.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
