Job summary

The LEGO Group is seeking a Production Equipment Operator in Richmond, VA to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume environment. You will support product quality and production performance and work on a non-forklift, non-material handling team.

The role requires experience with stationary manufacturing equipment, strong mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work in a team. On-site assessments and a 2-2-3 shift pattern will apply.

Qualifications

• Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
• Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
• Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a team environment.
• On-site pre-employment assessments include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
