Job summary
The LEGO Group in Richmond, VA is seeking a Production Line Operator to operate, monitor, and adjust automated production machinery in a high-volume manufacturing environment. Starting pay rate is $21.42 per hour with a 6am-6pm 2-2-3 shift in a climate-controlled environment.

Qualifications
- Experience operating stationary manufacturing equipment.
- Previous manufacturing or machine operation experience.
- Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Successful completion of on-site pre-employment assessments that include manual dexterity, matching, and intermediate technology evaluations.
Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor automated production equipment.
- Adjust machine settings to maintain quality standards.
- Identify and respond to minor machine issues.
- Perform routine quality inspections.
- Record production data accurately.
- Maintain a safe and organized work area.
