Job summary

LEGO Manufacturing Virginia is seeking a Temporary Team Coordinator to lead daily production activities, coordinate resources, and ensure safety, quality, and performance goals are met on the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift.

You will guide teams, run daily meetings, and drive continuous improvement while partnering with support teams to resolve issues and maintain efficient production flow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Experience in manufacturing, production, or similar environment.
• Previous team lead experience or ability to guide production teams daily.
• Machine operator or production equipment experience.
• Strong understanding of safety, quality, and production standards.
• Excellent communication, teamwork, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
• Ability to coordinate daily work and resources amid changing priorities.
• Willingness to work the 6:00 p.m.–6:00 a.m. night shift.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily production activities to meet safety, quality, delivery, and performance targets.
• Provide day-to-day operational leadership to production team members.
• Lead daily team meetings communicating priorities and safety topics.
• Coordinate team assignments based on priorities and needs.
• Monitor production performance and escalate concerns as needed.
• Support onboarding, training, and coaching of team members.
• Promote 5S audits and safety/environmental standards.
• Drive continuous improvement activities in the production area.
