Job summary

Crosby’s Stores in New York is hiring a Sales Associate to deliver outstanding customer experiences during all shifts, maintain a clean, safe, and welcoming store, and support sales and profitability goals.

You’ll be friendly and reliable, promote My Crosby’s Rewards, handle cash with accuracy, and participate in daily operations, safety, and merchandising while upholding store standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• 18 years of age or older.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash handling.

Responsibilities

• Provide prompt, friendly, and courteous service to every customer.
• Balance and report register activity at the end of each shift.
• Maintain clean, safe store environment and follow safety standards.
• Handle transactions and refunds accurately and follow cash procedures.
• Support merchandising and store appearance and assist with enrollments in rewards program.
