Responsibilities

• Receives inquiry calls and assists callers with scheduling a face-to-face assessment or triage to appropriate referral.
• Assesses or ensures assessment by a qualified mental health professional; screens for medical and behavioral emergencies.
• Completes admissions/precertification processes with external payers; coordinates with clinical team to meet patient needs.
