Job summary

You'll collaborate with physicians and caregivers to ensure timely access, thorough documentation, and compassionate patient care while meeting regulatory requirements and pursuing ongoing professional development.

Qualifications

• Associate's Degree in Nursing required or Master's in Social Work/Counseling required.
• CPR certification and Crisis Prevention Training (CPI) within 30 days.

Responsibilities

• Facilitates response to requests for services, initial assessment, and referral process.
• Documents patient symptomology, functioning, and needs for LOC determination.
• Demonstrates excellent customer service to patients, physicians, visitors, and coworkers.
• Maintains preadmission/admission paperwork and precertification with insurance companies.
• Other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.
