Job summary

Flory Industries in Salida, CA seeks Assembly Technicians Level I–III for night shift work, assembling a range of agricultural machinery. You will read SOPs, build sub-assemblies, and complete full assemblies using standard tools, hydraulics, and electrical schematics.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED plus 2–5 years assembly/mechanic experience.
• Must pass assembly test and forklift certification test as needed.
• Night shift position with $2.00 per hour differential.

Responsibilities

• Read SOPs to assemble small and large mechanical assemblies with minimal direction.
• Build sub-assemblies (heads, engines) and complete assemblies independently.
• Use hand tools and battery-powered impacts; operate specialty tools as required.
• Read hydraulic/electrical schematics and BOMs; manage pick lists.
• Troubleshoot fault codes and guide fellow technicians; improve SOPs.
