Job summary

Flory Industries is seeking Assembly Technicians Levels I-III to assemble a range of agricultural equipment using SOPs and hand tools. You will read schematics, build sub-assemblies, and manage BOMs while ensuring quality standards.

The role requires 2–5 years of assembly/mechanic experience, forklift certification as needed, and familiarity with GP and CAT software. Indoor/outdoor work with safety gear and a competitive hourly wage.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
• 2-5 years of assembly and/or mechanic-related experience.
• Must be able to pass assembly test and forklift certification test as needed.

Responsibilities

• Read and understand SOPs to assemble mechanical components with minimal direction.
• Build sub-assemblies and complete entire assemblies independently.
• Troubleshoot fault codes and guide other technicians.
• Develop and improve SOPs for the assembly process.
