Job summary

Qualifications

• Requires ability to understand and follow instructions.
• Familiar with lean production concepts and tolerances.
• Basic math skills and understanding of measurement systems (metric & English).

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly machines in auto and manual cycles per work instructions.
• Wear safety equipment and follow SOPs and certifications.
• Load/unload materials, assemble parts, and inspect using gauges and fixtures.
• Record and analyze quality data per procedures and ISO/IATF requirements.
• Support training of temps or new hires and maintain safety and housekeeping standards.
