Job summary

Schaeffler is seeking a dedicated Quality Inspector to join our manufacturing team in the United States. You will monitor production status, support maintenance, inspect assemblies for defects, and read engineering drawings to ensure adherence to quality standards.

You will document part numbers for traceability, handle components safely, and maintain records of production activities. This role requires English communication and ability to lift moderate-weight objects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED equivalent.
• Ability to determine critical points of inspection.
• Ability to follow written and verbal instructions write clear communication in English.
• Ability to operate complex machinery in a manufacturing environment.
• Basic computer software skills.
• Ability to lift medium-heavy objects if required.
• Physical ability to carry out repetitive tasks safely and efficiently
• Applicants must be authorized to work in the US without employment visa or other sponsorship.
• This position must meet Export Control compliance requirements, therefore a “US Person” as defined by 22 C.F.R. § 120.15 is required. “US Person” includes US Citizen, lawful permanent resident, refugee, or asylee.
