IFA-Rotorion North America is seeking a production operator to support drive shaft manufacturing. Tasks include loading/unloading materials, light assembly, using hand/power tools, gauges, fixtures, and machinery, and adhering to defined methods.

The role requires good reading of instructions, basic math, familiarity with lean concepts, and the ability to work shifts including overtime; a focus on quality data and safety remains essential.

Formación

• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment preferred.
• Ability to understand and follow written instructions.
• Basic math skills and measurement understanding.

Responsabilidades

• Assembly machine operation in auto and manual cycles per instructions.
• Wear safety equipment as required.
• Load and unload materials from machines.
• Use gauges to measure product characteristics.
• Follow SOPs and certifications/work instructions.
• Operate equipment under supervision or as trained.
• Record and analyze quality data as required.
• Meet production schedules and targets.
