Job summary

IFA- North America LLC in Summerville, SC, seeks a Manufacturing Associate to support production operations for drive shafts. You will work with hand tools, power tools, gauges, fixtures, and machinery, performing loading/unloading and light assembly per defined methods.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• Experience in a manufacturing environment is preferred.
• Knowledge of lean production concepts is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Operate assembly machines in auto and manual cycles per SOPs.
• Wear required safety equipment and follow safety policies.
• Load/unload materials from machines and assist with part handling.
• Use gauges to measure product characteristics and ensure tolerances.
• Follow standard operating procedures and work instructions.
• Monitor machines and equipment under supervision or as trained.
