Job summary

Allison Transmission is seeking an assembly-focused team member to perform driveshaft assembly using hand tools, fixtures, and light power equipment. You will verify components against orders and BOM, ensure quality and quantity targets, and inspect parts for rework as needed.

The role requires the ability to lift 50 lbs, stand for most of the shift, and work well in a team environment. A high school diploma or GED is required, with 1–2 years of manufacturing assembly experience preferred.

Qualifications

• Able to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
• Able to read a tape measure and micrometer.
• Ability to work in a team and stand for long periods.

Responsibilities
