Job summary

Darigold is seeking an experienced Aseptic Production Supervisor for the Boise, ID plant. The role leads the night shift (Thu-Sat and every other Wed) from 6 pm to 6:30 am, focusing on safety, quality, and continuous improvement in aseptic dairy production.

You will supervise production teams, ensure regulatory compliance, and drive performance through coaching and proactive issue resolution. A BS in related field is preferred; strong communication and GMP knowledge are required.

Qualifications

• Dairy manufacturing experience is required.
• Ability to work in a team environment and independently.
• Ability to achieve results through others.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Demonstrated self-motivation and self-starter attitude.
• Knowledge of Good Manufacturing Processes and GMPs.
• Capability to obtain certifications in regulatory testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision for the assigned production shift.
• Supervise and coordinate activities of workers on the production line.
• Motivate, train and communicate with shift teams for safety and quality.
• Direct operations in receiving, sampling, quality measures, processing and packaging.
• Inspect machinery to ensure OSHA and HACCP compliance.
• Lead safety, quality, and waste reduction initiatives.
• Communicate production changes and issues to management.
