Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I for the Night Shift B on a contract-to-hire basis in Philadelphia, PA.

The role supports autologous cell therapy manufacturing, including suite preparation, material transfer, environmental monitoring, and final product handling. The ideal candidate has a bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience, basic GMP knowledge, and proficiency with Microsoft Office.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Must read, write and understand English; GMP knowledge is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes across shifts.
• Complete training and maintain training documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, GDP and quality standards; perform routine materials stocking, transfer and equipment cleaning.
• Conduct cell processing prep, material transfer, environmental monitoring and final product inspection and cryopreservation.
• Work in a fast-paced, team environment and be prepared for overtime, weekends and holidays.
