Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I to support the autologous cell therapy program. This role ensures compliant manufacturing processes and hands-on suite preparation, material transfer, and environmental monitoring in a GMP environment.

The position requires flexibility to work across shifts, with potential overtime, weekends, and holidays. Candidates should have a bachelor’s degree or equivalent, some GMP experience, and strong documentation and teamwork

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0–1 year of experience in GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing operations.
• Must read, write and understand English for GMP documentation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Ability to perform arithmetic, fractions, decimals, percentages.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training sessions and maintain documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs and GDP and quality standards.
• Preps: materials stocking, kit prep, room readiness, equipment cleaning.
• BSCR/EM: perform biosafety cabinet duties and environmental monitoring.
• Work shifts across days/evenings with overtime, weekends or holidays as needed.
