Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I to support autologous cell therapy production. The role involves suite preparation, material transfers, environmental monitoring, and BSC runner duties for GMP manufacturing of tumor-infiltrating lymphocyte (TIL) products.

This night-shift position may include overtime and weekend coverage, with training during initial days. The candidate should have a Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, basic GMP experience, and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent; GMP manufacturing knowledge preferred.
• Able to read, write and understand English for documentation.
• Experience with GMP/GxP and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support aseptic manufacturing processes under GMP guidelines.
• Prepare suites, transfer materials and perform environmental monitoring.
• Run biosafety cabinet duties and assist with product inspections.
• Cryopreservation support and final product handling per SOPs.
• Maintain training, notes, and comply with safety policies.
