Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics, Inc. is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I for night shift on a contract-to-hire basis in Philadelphia, PA. The role focuses on aseptic processing support, environmental monitoring, and final product handling within a GMP environment.

Responsibilities include suite readiness, material transfers, BSC runner duties, and product inspections, with potential overtime and weekend work as needed. A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent and English proficiency are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Must read, write and understand English.
• Proficiency with MS Office tools (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
• Familiarity with GMP/GxP expectations and 21 CFR Part 11 is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Suite preparation for cell processing and material transfer.
• Environmental monitoring and BSC runner duties.
• Final product inspection and cryopreservation in controlled freezers.
• Maintain training records and ensure compliance with GMP/SOPs.
• Occasional overtime, weekend and holiday shifts may be required.
