Job summary

Iovance Biotherapeutics is seeking an Aseptic Manufacturing Technician I for night shift B to support autologous cell therapy manufacturing in Philadelphia, PA. The role requires GMP knowledge, cleanroom experience, and ability to operate biosafety cabinets and cryopreservation steps.

You will participate in suite preparation, material transfer, environmental monitoring, and QA-compliant documentation while adapting to a rotating schedule that may include weekends, evenings, and holidays.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 0-1 year GMP biopharmaceutical manufacturing experience is a plus.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel, Word, Outlook and Teams.
• Read, write and understand English for Good Documentation Practices.
• Familiarity with GMP, SOPs, GDP and 21 CFR Part 11.

Responsibilities

• Execute GMP cell therapy manufacturing processes.
• Complete training sessions and maintain training documentation.
• Adhere to GMP, SOPs, GDP and 21 CFR Part 11 requirements.
• Perform preps: materials stocking, kit preparation, room readiness, equipment cleaning, inventory transactions.
• Support BSC runner duties, hallway/line operations, and final product inspection and cryopreservation.
