Qualifications

• 2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, General Management, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
• Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and/or holidays, as needed.
• Established track record of ownership, accountability, and driving results.

Responsibilities

• Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates and leads, ensuring high levels of engagement, performance, and safety.
• Oversee the fulfillment center's day-to-day activities, including meeting productivity requirements and maintaining the customer experience.
• Support safety programs and ensure OSHA compliance to provide a safe work environment.
• Identify, lead, and execute process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma to increase efficiency and reduce costs.
• Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and optimize shifts.
• Review weekly forecasts and track KPIs to meet daily production targets.
• Train and develop your team to enhance skills and resolve challenges.
• Uphold compliance policies including food safety and regulatory standards.
