Job summary

Quince in New Jersey is seeking a Night Shift Area Manager for our Returns Warehouse, leading a team and ensuring efficient daily operations while upholding safety and quality standards. You will develop and motivate associates, implement process improvements, and collaborate with other managers to optimize shifts, labor, and performance metrics across the fulfillment network.

Qualifications

2+ years of leadership experience in a warehouse, logistics, or fulfillment environment.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Supply Chain, or related field (or equivalent).
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends, nights, and holidays.
Demonstrated ownership, accountability, and results-driven mindset.

Responsibilities

Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of associates and leads.
Oversee daily fulfillment center activities to meet productivity and customer experience goals.
Support safety programs and OSHA compliance.
Identify and drive process improvements using Lean, Kaizen, and Six Sigma.
Collaborate with other Area Managers to balance labor and optimize shifts.
Review forecasts and KPIs to meet production targets.
Provide training and development to ensure smooth workflow.
Uphold compliance policies, including food safety and regulatory standards.
Perform additional duties to ensure operations run smoothly.
