Job summary

Stord is seeking an Area Manager II for the Night shift in Hebron, KY. You will lead a warehouse team, drive inventory accuracy, and coordinate with cross-functional support to meet daily targets in a high-volume distribution center.

The role requires leadership, strong communication, and hands-on management of processes, equipment, and personnel, with flexibility for overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum two to four years’ experience with warehouse management systems in a high-volume facility.
• Leadership experience is required.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience is acceptable.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a team of warehouse associates and leads to achieve daily goals.
• Coordinate with HR, Safety, Customer Service and other Ops leaders to drive results.
• Address operational and personnel issues affecting the area.
• Implement process improvements and improve workload efficiency.
• Use workload planning tools to ensure orders are fulfilled to standards.
• Investigate discrepancies and variances in inventory.
• Maintain quality standards across multiple functions.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
