Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Verifies castings to lot travelers ensuring prior operations are complete.
• Performs finishing using burrs, belts, nylon wheels, blast cabinets, etc.
• Uses dimensional inspection gauges and set masters as applicable.
• Inspects parts against PMS/product criteria and written instructions.
• Calibrates gauges and records information on proper paperwork.
• Notifies gauge maintenance technician of needed repairs.
• Maintains a clean, safe work area and adheres to EHS rules.
