Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Legal to work in the United States; no visa sponsorship
• Must be able to work 12-hour rotating shifts (nights)

Responsibilities

• Operate casting unit to melt and pour into ceramic molds per instructions.
• Lead a team of foundry service operators and mold handlers as assigned.
• Monitor temperatures, manage alloy charges, and ensure proper pouring sequences.
• Maintain safety, EHS compliance, and quality standards in the foundry.
