Job summary

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Authorized to work in the United States; visa sponsorship not available.
• Export-controlled data access required.

Responsibilities

• Organize work in process into groups according to required machine operation.
• Call up appropriate machine instructions on CRT or PMS book.
• Install proper cutting tools into the machine tool, measure tool length, and enter measurement into the computer.
• Install correct fixture(s) into the machine tool.
• Transfer machine programs from PC to the machine controller and back up files.
• Machine castings and visually inspect against PMS standards.
• Recognize dull cutting tools and replace as required.
• Maintain product quality while performing semi-routine tasks.
• Maintain a clean and orderly work area and support 5S improvements.
• Follow all safety rules and wear required PPE.
