Job summary

Howmet Aerospace Wichita Falls, TX facility is hiring a Foundry Service Operator/Mold Handler. You will remove, position, and inspect molds, perform preheat and post-cast operations, and assist in mold maintenance under supervision. This role requires rotating night shifts (7:00 PM–7:00 AM) and adherence to safety and quality policies.

Starting pay is $24.15 per hour, with a cap of $28.74 after 9 months. Benefits include medical, dental, vision, 401(k) with company match, life insurance, paid

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Export-controlled data access requires eligibility to work in the U.S.
• Preferred: Foundry Service Operator/Mold Handler experience.

Responsibilities

• Read and follow product criteria and activity instructions.
• Assist caster in mold handling, preheat checks, and post-cast operations.
• Maintain mold cleanliness and ensure safe handling of equipment and materials.
• Adhere to EHS rules and wear required PPE, including hard hats, flame-retardant clothing, and hearing protection.
• Raise safety or equipment issues to supervisor as needed.
