Qualifications

• Experience troubleshooting, repairing, or maintaining mechanical and electronic equipment.
• Ability to use hand tools, solvents, testing equipment, and calibration instruments.
• Ability to read and follow technical procedures, specifications, and equipment drawings.

Responsibilities

• Preventive Maintenance: Perform scheduled equipment cleaning, calibration, adjustments, and maintenance.
• Troubleshooting and Repairs: Diagnose equipment issues and replace mechanical parts and electronic components, including sockets, resistors, capacitors, and connectors.
• Testing and Calibration: Follow documented procedures to test and calibrate equipment, ensuring it meets required performance specifications before returning it to service.
• Documentation and Communication: Maintain accurate equipment records, provide daily status reports, communicate updates, and complete shift handoff reports.
• Assembly and Preparation: Assemble subassemblies, systems, and components according to bills of materials (BOMs), technical drawings, and specifications. Prepare equipment for shipment.
• Parts Management: Identify and order parts needed for preventive maintenance and repairs, escalating shortages when necessary.
• Quality and Safety: Follow established procedures, maintain quality standards, and comply with all applicable safety policies.
• Team Support: Provide guidance and technical support to service technicians and other team members as needed.
