Job summary

Intel is seeking an AMHS Equipment Technician for night shift to ensure reliable operation of automated material handling systems in our Phoenix facility. You will perform electrical and mechanical troubleshooting, disassembly, repair, and installation of production equipment, and coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.

The role involves setup, calibration, preventative maintenance, data monitoring, and collaboration with engineering during factory ramps to meet production goals.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent with 1+ years of experience
• 1+ years of electrical and mechanical troubleshooting experience
• 1+ years of dismantling, repair, and assembly of equipment
• Experience with MS Office (Excel, Word, etc) and standard web-based applications

Responsibilities

• Troubleshoot electrical and mechanical issues on manufacturing equipment.
• Disassemble, repair, reassemble and install equipment per blueprints and manuals.
• Conduct setup, calibration, and preventative maintenance; coordinate with suppliers for service and repairs.
• Monitor equipment performance data and report failures; support engineering with experiments and data collection.
