Job summary

You will support the clinical team and ensure accurate demographics and insurance data in Epic Patient Access and related systems.

Position involves 8-hour night shifts, weekend/holidays required, and a 6–8 week training period on day shift. Strong communication and customer-service skills are essential for this role.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of relevant healthcare/medical office experience.
• Proficiency with EPIC applications (scheduling, registration, billing, order communications).

Responsibilities

• Handle registrations, scheduling, and time-of-service collections.
• Obtain authorizations and provide same-day admission notifications to payers.
• Support the clinical care team with patient-facing administrative tasks.
