Qualifications

• Ability to navigate workstations on wheels, copiers, calculators, and EPIC applications for scheduling, registration, billing, and orders.
• Successful completion of EPIC courses and Patient Insurance training within 90 days.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, train, and motivate Admitting staff.
• Monitor activity for quality and productivity; develop feedback and reports.
• Conduct quality audits and coordinate registration/admission protocols.
• Ensure adequate staffing for 24/7 operations.
