Presbyterian Healthcare Services in Albuquerque, NM is seeking a Nurse Manager for the 12-hour Night shift to supervise clinical and operational care processes, ensuring patient flow, safety, and high-quality experiences. Lead the nursing team on a night schedule and coordinate with the Clinic Manager.

RN licensure in NM or a compact state is required, with ADN minimum and 1 year of nursing experience. ACLS/BLS/PALS certifications are expected.

Qualifications

• Degree from accredited nursing program.
• Minimum ADN preparation.
• Experience: Minimum One year of nursing experience required.
• Licensure: State of New Mexico or Compact State Nursing License required.
• Specialty Certifications: ACLS, BLS, PALS

Responsibilities

• Provides clinical and operational shift supervision of care processes including patient flow, quality and safety, and direction of clinical staff.
• Plan, direct, and coordinate operational and personnel activities for assigned shift nurses in collaboration with Clinic Manager.
• Facilitate shift change huddles and document daily performance metrics for rapid action planning.
• Maintain clear communication with shift Providers and review staff assignments to ensure adequate staffing.
• Perform shift/daily regulatory checks and ensure rooms, crash carts, and supplies are ready for the shift.
