Job summary

ProMedica Defiance Hospital, Inc. is seeking an Administrative Supervisor for the Patient Care Administration to coordinate nursing operations during night shifts.

You will oversee patient flow, assign staff, and lead the care team to deliver high-quality care. In this role you will conduct transition rounds, maintain professional care standards, provide coaching and mentorship, and collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize hospital operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing from an accredited college or university (or enrolled in BSN with completion within two years).
• Minimum 3 years in nursing in a patient care area.
• Current State RN license.
• BLS and ACLS certifications.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate high-quality patient care and oversee shift operations.
