Lallie Kemp Regional Medical Center in Louisiana is seeking an Administrative Coordinator 1 to operate the facility’s PBX system and assist patients and visitors. The role requires handling calls, monitoring alarms, and maintaining patient census in EPIC.

The position is part-time (WAE) with up to 1,250 hours per year, shifts from 7pm to 7am, and a pay rate of $13.77 per hour plus shift differential up to $0.95/hour. No prior experience required; supportive team environment is provided.

Responsibilities

• Answers all incoming calls using the agency's Cisco Unity Console System on a twenty-four (24) hour basis.
• Monitors all Security Alarm Systems and screens notify proper personnel of any deviations from the normal routine.
• Monitors alarm panels for high-risk areas such as Pharmacy, Electrical, Fire, Engineering, Bio-med, Gas, and patient alarm systems.
• Using the EPIC Electronic Health Record maintains a current patient census.
• Attend Education In-Services, Mandatory Training and Annual Review as required by hospital policy and procedure or deemed necessary by supervisor.
• All other duties as assigned including ensuring departmental coverage.
