The Administrative Coordinator 1 works within the Communications Department, operating the facility’s PBX phone system and providing general information to patients and visitors.
No experience or training is required.
Appointment Type: When Actually Employed (WAE); this position can only work a maximum of 1,250 hours within a 12-month period (part-time).
Career Progression: This position does not participate in a Career Progression Group.
Work Schedule: Work hours are 7pm- 7am, rotating shifts.
Compensation: The rate of pay is $13.77/ hour plus Shift Differentials up to .95/hour depending on working shift.
No Civil Service test score is required in order to be considered for this vacancy.
