Banner University Medical Center Phoenix seeks a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Nocturnal Critical Care team. The ACNP directly manages critical care patients within a division focused on growth and career development.

The ideal candidate participates in nocturnal care management, performs therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interprets tests, prescribes medications, and contributes to education, consultation, and research.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license for controlled substances.
• Experienced or new grads with previous critical care experience are encouraged to apply!

Responsibilities

• Manage nocturnal care of critical care patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Provide education, consultation, and participate in research.
