Job summary

Banner - University Medicine seeks a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNP) to join our Nocturnal Critical Care team at Banner University Medical Center Phoenix. The ACNP will directly manage critical care patients and contribute to the growth and career development of the team.

The ideal candidate will participate in nocturnal care management, diagnostic procedures, test interpretation, medication prescriptions, education, consultation, and research.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification is required.
• CPR, BLS, and ACLS certifications are required.

Responsibilities

• Nocturnal care management of critical care patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures as needed.
• Interpret diagnostic tests and prescribe medications.
• Provide education, consultation, and participate in clinical research.
• Work in a collaborative team environment, open to new grads with relevant critical care experience.
