Banner University Medical Center Phoenix seeks a dynamic Acute Care Nurse Practitioner to join the Nocturnal Critical Care team. The ACNP directly manages critically ill patients within a division committed to growth and career development.

The ideal candidate performs therapeutic and diagnostic procedures, interprets tests, prescribes medications, educates and consults, and contributes to research. New grads with critical care experience are encouraged to apply.

Qualifications

• Current ACNP certification required.
• Current CPR, BLS, and ACLS.
• Current prescribing privileges including a DEA license.
• Experienced or new grads with critical care experience encouraged to apply.

Responsibilities

• Provide nocturnal critical care management for adult patients.
• Perform therapeutic and diagnostic procedures and interpret tests.
• Prescribe medications and manage care.
• Educate patients and families, consult with the team, and participate in research.
