Responsibilities

Perform detailed cleaning of corporate campus and surrounding facilities.

Stock supplies and perform periodic deep cleaning.
Wash laundry and conduct minor building maintenance.

Job Summary

We are seeking candidates to fill a full‑time position supporting our Night Services team, performing detailed cleaning of our corporate campus and surrounding facilities. Candidates should have a proven employment record as a dependable, detail‑oriented worker. Starting pay is well above the industry standard. Management evaluates employee performance on an annual basis and offers bonus payouts to eligible employees. Hours: M‑F 4:30 PM to 12:30 AM.

Responsibilities

General cleaning such as scrubbing, dusting, vacuuming, and mopping
Collecting and disposing trash
Cleaning and servicing restrooms
Stocking supplies
Periodic deep cleaning
Washing laundry
Minor building maintenance

Physical Requirements

Work is performed while sitting/standing and interfacing with a personal computer.
Requires the ability to communicate effectively using speech, vision, and hearing.
Requires the regular use of hands for simple grasping and fine manipulations.
Requires occasional bending, squatting, crawling, climbing, and reaching.
Requires the ability to occasionally lift, carry, push, or pull medium weights, up to 50 lb.

Experience
