Job summary

KDC Construction is seeking a Service Technician to perform maintenance and repair work across multiple sites. You will handle tasks from minor handyman repairs to medium renovation projects, working independently with minimal supervision.

Candidates should have flexible schedule, own tools, valid driver’s license, and be able to travel to different worksites. We offer medical, dental, vision, life insurance, FSA, vacation, holidays, and competitive hourly pay.

Qualifications

• General trade or handyman experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Must have flexible schedule and be able to work some nights and weekends.
• Must possess or obtain an appropriate state driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office suite.

Responsibilities

• Services work orders at various customer locations.
• Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
• Responds to high-priority safety requests and potential shutdowns.
• Maintains daily logs of visits, on-site times, and schedule changes.
• Documents daily activity with photos and reports to management.
• Updates store-level facility records and completes paperwork.
• Maintains company vehicle and parts inventory.
• Travels to different worksites to complete tasks.
• Adheres to Health, Safety, and Environmental programs.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
