Job summary

KDC Construction is seeking a Service Technician to perform a range of repair and maintenance service work orders, from minor handyman tasks to medium commercial renovations. Travel to various sites, work independently with minimal supervision, and apply diverse trade skills.

This role requires a flexible schedule, including some nights and weekends, a valid driver's license, own tools, and a commitment to safety and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent is required.
• Must have flexible schedule including some nights and weekends.
• General handyman experience across basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Must possess vehicle and tools to perform job functions.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster.

Responsibilities

• Services work orders at various customer locations.
• Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
• Responds to Priority 1 safety or operational shutdowns.
• Maintains daily updates of store visits and on-site times.
• Documents daily work activity and photographs conditions.
