Job summary

KDC Construction is seeking a Service Technician to perform repairs and maintenance with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring and drywall across multiple sites. You will work independently with minimal supervision while delivering a positive customer experience.

This full-time role pays $24.00–$35.00 per hour with a comprehensive benefits package. A high school diploma, own vehicle and tools, and flexibility to work some nights and weekends are required.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• General trade or Handyman experience with basic electrical, plumbing, carpentry, flooring, and drywall.
• Possess the vehicle and tools required to perform job functions.
• Ability to interact with a diverse customer roster.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Follows all company policies and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Services work orders at various customer locations.
• Performs minor equipment and building repairs.
• Respond to safety concerns and act to ensure health and safety.
• Maintain daily records of on-site times and tasks.
• Inspect and troubleshoot systems as needed; travel to worksites.
